Troubleshooting Issues with Your Focus Plus Account

Your Focus Plus membership can be managed from within the Members Area.

If you are running into issues logging in or accessing your Focus Plus membership, please read through these common issues and solutions below.

Cannot Remember Login Password

  • Click Here to visit the Password reset page
  • Enter either your Email or Username
  • Click the “Request Password Reset” button
  • You will be sent an email with instructions to reset your password

Cannot Remember Login Email or Username

You may not be a Focus Plus member. First double check that you have an active membership:

  • Click Here to visit the Focus Plus Member’s Register
  • Type in your name into the search box
  • If your name does not come up, you do not have a current and active Focus Plus membership. Click Here to sign up for a Focus Plus membership.
  • If your name does come up in the search, please email our membership team to request further assistance: [email protected]

Check When My Membership Will Expire

  • You must first login to the Focus Plus Member’s Area
  • Inside the Member’s Area, click the “Account” link
  • Navigate to the “Subscriptions” link in the account page
  • You can view a table that shows your current memberships. If you have a current Focus Plus membership, it will be shown as an Active “Focus Plus Annual Membership” and the expiry date will be shown.
  • You may add an extra year onto your membership at any time, by clicking the “Renew” link at the end of the table.

Renewing an Expired Membership

  • Click Here to login to your Account / Profile page
  • Navigate to the “Subscriptions” link in the account page
  • You can view your expired “Focus Plus Annual Membership” on this page
  • You may renew your membership at any time, by clicking the “Renew” link at the end of the table
