DESCRIPTION:Location Information\nLocation features (e.g. Beach\, Pool\, Rockshelf\, Waterfall\, City views): \n\nRock shelf with canyons\, blowholes and rock pools.  Large shallow pool creates excellent reflections of the sunrise. \n\nHazards/Dangers (e.g. cliff top\, slippery rock shelf\, deep holes/pools):\nSlippery rock shelf.  The edge of the rock shelf is treacherous – crashing waves with few escape locations if you get swept in. \nFitness requirements? (e.g. long/steep walk\, stairs): \n\nModerate fitness\, as quite a long walk from the car park (1\,100m) over soft sand and slippery rock shelf.  Can be very tiring despite being level except near the car park. \n\nAdditional safety equipment required (e.g. Rock shoes\, Flashlights)?:\nTorch/headlamp required.  Strongly recommend wearing rock shoes (with spikes) if going onto the rock shelf canyons. Reverse sunrise and reflections looking back westwards to the headland. Good views also from the top of the headland itself. \nHazards/Dangers: Some pools and potholes in the rockshelf to watch out for. \nFitness requirements: It’s a 15-minute walk from the carpark to the the top of the headland\, down a steep track and out onto the reef. DESCRIPTION:Location Information\nLocation features : Beach with scattered rocks. A large flat rock shelf with gullies and flow. It’s a rising tide but the swell is only 1.2m\, so conditions at this location should be fairly gentle. \nHazards/Dangers : Take care on the rock shelf and when crossing gullies. Black moss on some rocks is very slippery. \nFitness requirements? : Allow a 10-minute walk along the northern end of the beach to reach the rockshelf.
