Care must be taken close to the cliff as rockfalls can happen.  Extreme care should be taken when out on the rock platform in case of large waves that can occur at anytime. \nFitness requirements: No specific fitness requirements are necessary. DESCRIPTION:Location Information \nLocation features: This location is well known for its rock shelf\, rock features\, a cave and beach \nHazards/Dangers: Parts of the rock shelf can be slippery and there are deep holes/pools in areas. Care must be taken close to the cliff as rockfalls can happen.  Extreme care should be taken when out on the rock platform in case of large waves that can occur at any time. \nFitness requirements: No specific fitness requirements are necessary. The tide is still going out at sunrise.
