This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location features : Beach with scattered rocks; rockshelf with large boulders. producing good surf compositions.
Hazards/Dangers : It’s a 1.5m high tide, so there could be some paddling required to get onto the rockshelf, but it’s a gentle swell so the surf should not be dangerous
Fitness requirements? : A short walk to the beach. Some rock hopping required to get onto the rockshelf.
Additional safety equipment required : Bring a torch and wear rock shoes.
