Newcastle Shoot – Saturday 8th July at Spoon Rocks & Quarry Beach with Terina Vale

Location Information

Location features: Beach either side of the breakwall, pathway with vistas to the north, sea stack.

Hazards/Dangers: Cliff top walkway with rail, rock shelf can be slippery, rocks may fall from the cliff, breakwall has large sharp rocks.

Fitness requirements: Average – a fairly flat 10 minute walk (approximately) to the beach. There is a small step onto the beach.

Additional safety equipment required: Rock shoes if accessing the rockshelf, Flashlight/head lamp
