Location features : Something for everyone. Headland silhouette, beach (with reflection puddles), pool and rockshelf with gullies and flow. Gentle tide and swell forecast.

Hazards/Dangers : Caution required on the rockshelf.

Fitness requirements? : Easy access from the car park

Additional safety equipment required : Rock shoes and a head torch if you are going onto the rockshelf
