Location features: Pool, Rock shelf, Beach

Hazards/Dangers: Rock shelf and pool surrounds slippery.

Fitness requirements: 2-3 min flat walk from carpark to pool/ rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required: Headlamp and rock shoes

Breakfast location: Nourished Narrabeen Cafe and Lounge: 1 Narrabeen Park Parade, North Narrabeen NSW 2102. Opens at 6:30am. It’s located at the carpark so no need to move your car. However, please note it is a paid carpark from 7am @ $8 p/h
