Location features : Beach and ocean pool.
It’s a high tide rising (1.8m) so there should be some flow over the pool – ideal for long exposures. Swell is also very gentle, so it might be possible to access the rockshelf at the back of the pool.
The pool is also a good subject for a telephoto shot from the beach, for something a bit different.
Hazards/Dangers : watch out on the rockshelf, but in front of the pool is very safe.
Fitness requirements? : Easy access from the car park
Additional safety equipment required : Wear rock shoes if you are going onto the rockshelf.
