Location features : Pools, rockshelf, Beach

Hazards/Dangers : Slippery rock shelf, waves hit the shelf quite hard, and it can be dangerous near the edge. Also the tide is rising.

Fitness requirements? : Short walk from carpark

Additional safety equipment required : Head lamp/ torch, rock shoes/boots

Meeting place: In front of the Surf Club at the pool.

Car parking is best on Oaks Avenue or the loop road off Oaks Avenue on the headland above the pool, there are stairs down to the pool.
