This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

North Shoot – Saturday 13th July at Bungan Beach with Andrew Porter

Location Information
Location features : Bungan is a dark beach (no artificial lights). At this low tide the rock shelf at the southern end should be exposed, offering lots of different compositions. The sun is still rising to the north east at this time of year, which will illuminate the cliff wall to the south if we get some colour.
Hazards/Dangers : Slippery rock shelf with holes and crevasses
Fitness requirements? : It’s a fairly long walk down to the beach, and a steep climb back up again. Take your time !
Additional safety equipment required : You definitely need a torch to see on the way down, and wear rock shoes on the shelf.
