This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location Information
Location features :
Beach & Pool. Although it’s a high tide (but a small one) it’s also a slight swell forecast so should be able to get on to the rockshelf beyond the pool. Storms have also removed a lot of sand and from the rocks in front of and next to the pool.
Hazards/Dangers :
Slippery rocks, the edges of the pool can also be slippery.
Fitness requirements? :
It’s only a short level walk to the pool from the carpark. Easy access to the beach, pool and rockshelf, conditions permitting.
Additional safety equipment required : wear rock shoes if venturing onto the rockshelf.
