Location features: Beach and rockshelf with multiple inlets and compositions

Hazards/Dangers: Rockshelf is relatively flat but can be some clambering over rocks and can be slippery. It’s a falling tide but an “slight” (0.7m) swell is predicted, so keep an eye on the surf.

Fitness requirements: Short walk down to the beach and rock-shelf.

Additional safety equipment required: Wear rock shoes on the rock-shelf and carry a torch
