Location features. Beach with moss covered tessellated rock shelf.

Hazards/Dangers. Hidden holes in the rockshelf, slippery rocks

Fitness requirements? From the carpark, descend down the steps to the beach, a short walk.

Additional safety equipment required. Rock shoes, headlamp / flashlight
