Location features :
Beach, pool, headland view and rockshelf, exposed at this low tide with interesting shapes and good flow.

Hazards/Dangers :
As usual, you need to be careful on the rockshelf.

Fitness requirements? :
Short walk from the car park. Some rock hopping if you want to get round to the south side of the rockshelf.

Additional safety equipment required :
Bring a torch and wear rock shoes if you are going onto the rockshelf.
