Location features : Beach, rockshelf, headland (for a possible reverse sunrise comp – see pic below.

Hazards/Dangers : Rock Shelf has holes, crevices and pools

Fitness requirements? : A little rock hopping at the start of the rock shelf. Steep-ish walk down to the beach

Additional safety equipment required : flashlight or head torch. Rock boots for the rock shelf
