NORTH SHOOT – Saturday 1st August at North Mona Vale with Andrew Porter

Location Information

Location features : Beach, rockshelf, natural rock pools and good flow. Scattered large boulders accessible from the beach make good subjects against the rising sun.

Hazards/Dangers : Some rock hopping required to get onto the flat rockshelf. Also, this is an in-coming tide, so don’t get too close to the surf.

Fitness requirements? : 10-minute walk to get onto the rockshelf

Additional safety equipment required : Bring a torch and wear rock shoes
