Location features : Beach, Rockshelf, Pool

Hazards/Dangers : Rogue waves over rock shelf, probably some wading to get past the pool, depending on swell and wind and waves. Need to be watchful.

Fitness requirements? : Short walk to the pool and then the rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required : head torch/ flashlight, rock shoes/ boots.
