This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Central Coast Christmas Shoot – Saturday 10th December – Gravelly Beach (Near Soldiers Beach).
December 10, 2022 @ 4:40 am - 7:30 am
Join us for our annual Christmas shoot and BBQ breakfast. Meeting at Gravelly Beach for our shoot and moving onto nearby Jenny Dixon reserve for a BBQ breakie. Wear something festive.
Please put your name down as soon as possible for catering purposes.
Lowish tide at sunrise but the good swell should make up for it.
Location Information
Location features: Beautiful rock shelf overlooking Norah Head Lighthouse. Nice flow in the channel.
Hazards/Dangers Usual dangers, slippery rocks, concealed holes, waves.
Fitness requirements A short walk to rock shelf.
Additional safety equipment required Rock shoes, torches
