Location features:  Beach, rock shelf, channel.

Hazards/Dangers Usual rock shelf dangers.  Waves, trip hazards, holes, large chasm, rock slides etc.

Fitness requirements:  Fair amount of stairs down to beach.

Additional safety equipment required:  Rock shoes and torch required.
