Usual seascape hazards of a potentially slippery rock shelf and rogue waves.

Fitness requirements? (e.g. long/steep walk, stairs):
Short level walk over sand to headland.

Additional safety equipment required (e.g. Rock shoes, Flashlights)?:
Rock shoes and headlamp required.
