Location features. Beach, Rockshelf, Cliff top

Hazards/Dangers. Slippery rocks, hidden holes, possible rogue waves

Fitness requirements. A short walk along a sealed path to the rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required. Rock shoes, headlamp / flashlight
