This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Central Coast Shoot – Saturday 20th April at Birdie Beach, Wybung with Bill Ferguson

Location Information
Location features: Sand Dunes, Freshwater Lagoon, Beach, Rockshelf, Nice Flow
Hazards/Dangers: Usual dangers, slippery rocks, concealed holes, waves.
Fitness requirements: A short walk on a soft sand track around the sand dune to the lagoon. A further walk along the beach to rock shelf.
Additional safety equipment required: Bring a torch or headlamp and wear rock shoes if you’re going onto the rock shelf. Also a raincoat if rain is likely.
