Location features: Lighthouse, beach, rockshelf

Hazards/Dangers: It will be full tide of 1.4m and moderate swell, care must be taken on and near the edge of the rock shelf. Slippery rock shelf, deep holes, steep steps

Fitness requirements: short walk to lighthouse, short steep set of stairs to beach

Additional safety equipment required: Rock shoes and head torch
