Location features: Coastal swimming pools and rock platforms
Hazards/Dangers: Local traffic hazards, uneven surfaces, rough rock surfaces and tidal wave conditions causing slippery rocks.
Fitness requirements: Average
Additional safety equipment required: Covered shoes/boots and Headlamps.
