This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location Information
Location features: Decommissioned train station, old buildings, Newcastle Harbour across the road, wharfs, boats (big and small), streetscape and street photography.
Hazards/Dangers: Care to be taken when walking around as busy pathways with walkers and bike riders on the train and harbour sides.
Fitness requirements: Easy, mainly even pathways.
Additional safety equipment required: Good walking shoes, flashlights / headlamp.
