Hazards/Dangers : Crevices and holes in rock shelf

Fitness requirements? : Pool is a short flat walk from the car park. Some rock hopping to get to the rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required : Rock boots/ shoes for the rock shelf, torch or headlamp
