Location Information

Location features: Headland rock shelf, large boulders, compositions from the beach and views back to Mona Vale. Option to walk over to Mona Vale Pool too.

Hazards/Dangers: Holes in the rock shelf, waves and flow across the rock shelf

Fitness requirements: Level short walk to the beach; some rock hopping to get the rock shelf.

Additional safety equipment required: Bring a torch, rock boots/shoes if you intend to walk out onto the rock shelf.
