Location features: Beach, Pool and Rock shelf

Hazards/Dangers: Slippery rocks, some holes and pools

Fitness requirements: Short level walk to pool. Small amount of rock scrambling to get to the rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required: If going out to the rock shelf — metal studded rock boots/shoes, flashlight or head torch
