This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location features : Beach and rockshelf with multiple inlets and compositions
Hazards/Dangers : Rockshelf is flat but can be slippery. It’s a low tide but a fairly “rough” (3.9m) swell is predicted, so keep an eye on the surf.
Fitness requirements? : Short walk down a track to the beach. Rockshelf and channel are in the southern corner.
Additional safety equipment required : Wear rock shoes on the rockshelf and carry a torch
