Hazards/Dangers : Slippery Rock Shelf with holes and pools. Tide is coming in.

Fitness requirements? : Average – 5 min. walk to headland and access to rock shelf.

Additional safety equipment required : Flashlight/ Torch, Rock shoes / boots if going onto the rock shelf
