Location features: Rockshelf, Beach

Hazards/Dangers: Slippery rockshelf, holes, cliff face

Fitness requirements: Short walk from carpark to headland along a made path. Some rock hopping to get out to the shelf

Additional safety equipment required: Rock shoes or boots, torch
