Location Information

Location features : Beach, pool and rockself with gullies. Usually good flow at this tide.

Hazards/Dangers : Slippery rock shelf

Fitness requirements? : Short walk from the car park to the pool. Some clambering required to get onto the rock shelf.

Additional safety equipment required : Bring a torch and wear rock boots if going onto the rockshelf.
