Location features: Rock shelf, Beach

Hazards/Dangers: Slippery rock shelf, holes etc

Fitness requirements: Short walk downstairs to beach and then along the beach to the headland/ rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required: Rock shoes, head-torch/ flashlight
