Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location Information
Location features: Cronulla is at it’s best when it’s just waking up. On this tide, there’ll be lots of exposed rock between the beach & the pools, offering good flow opportunities, plus ripple abstracts in the pool. Nice !
Hazards/Dangers: slippery surfaces around the pool, people asking you to take photos of them, dogs on leashes, dogs not on leashes ..
Fitness requirements: normal mobility requirements on slippery surfaces
Additional safety equipment required: rock shoes or cleats on the rock-shelf, otherwise water-friendly footwear with good grip levels.

Meeting place: The small concrete apron at the North end of Cronulla Beach overlooking the beach, towards the pools.
