Hazards/Dangers : None in particular

Fitness requirements? : About a 5 min. walk from the cars to the pool along the beach

Additional safety equipment required : Head torch or flashlight. There maybe some rocks to move over depending on what the recent storms have done to the normal sand covering the rocks so rock boots/ shoes may be best.
