Location features: Beach and headland, there are no lights to contend with.

Hazards/Dangers: Slippery rock shelf with holes etc.

Fitness requirements: It’s 15 min steep walk down and back to the beach / rock shelf

Additional safety equipment required: Torch/ head torch Rock boots/ shoes
