This Safety Policy is designed to promote the safety of all members of the Focus Seascape and Landscape Photography Inc Group (Focus) and outlines the responsibilities of members and event leaders.
Focus Photographers as a group advocates and promotes safe shooting practices. Please consider your personal safety and the safety of the group during your time spent on any Focus group outing.

Location features : It’s a falling tide with the high tide being at 5:17am. The tide at sunrise will be 1.25m. There are multiple compositions of the pool, beach and the outfall pipe north of the pool just a short walk from the car park and pool.
Hazards/Dangers : Its high tide so there could be some flow over the pool. If you venture further round from the pool there will be the normal requirement to wear rock shoes. A flash light is recommended.
Fitness requirements? : No real requirements as all aspects accessible.
Additional safety equipment required : Bring a torch and wear rock shows if going onto the rock shelf.
