RESULTS OF THE VOTE:
Thanks to all the registered members who took the time to vote either absentee or in person at the General Meeting held today at Newport.
All 4 Special Resolutions received the required 75% of the Yes vote and consequently have been passed and the Focus constitution amended.
The approval of these amendments paves the way for the election of the committee for the 2015 calendar year and nominations for positions will be called on Monday. Registered members will receive an email shortly outlining the process which will also be posted on FB and our website.
The other issue dependent on the special resolutions being passed is the 2015 subscription.
The approved subscription for 2015 is $5. The one off registration fee remains at $1
If you have paid your 2015 subscription at the old $1 rate since the 01/01/2015 you will NOT be required to pay the increased rate but the majority will receive an email requesting the $5 be paid ASAP.
