NORTH SHOOT – Saturday 10th October at North Mona Vale with Andrew Porter
Location Information
Location features : Beach with isolated boulders in the surf which make good subjects. Large boulders further around the rockshelf are dramatic in a strong surf. Be aware of the in-coming tide.
Hazards/Dangers : Some rock hopping required on this in-coming tide, depending on how far along the headland you intend to go. Otherwise you can stay on the beach with plenty of room to move around.
Fitness requirements? : Short flat walk from the cars
Additional safety equipment required : Bring a torch and wear rock shoes – you may get wet feet !
